Hi, my name is Mellie and I'm currently under construction to become the best possible version of myself. I've been longing for that Victoria secret body for so many years which resulted in 2-3 years of hell in form of an eating disorder. Once realizing how unhealthy my "goal" was I started thinking about what really makes me happy, and it sure wasn't a thigh gap.
This time I'm not obsessing about numbers, foods or how long it will take. I don't really care anymore if I end up at 72kg or 59 kg when I feel finished, as long as I feel satisfied. I'm more focused on changing the way I'm living and how I see everything and everyone around me. My true goal is to let all the negativity and self doubt go away and simply become a happier, healthier and better version of myself!
