Hi, my name is Mellie and I’m currently under construction to become the best possible version of myself. I’ve been longing for that Victoria secret body for so many years which resulted in 2-3 years of hell in form of an eating disorder. Once realizing how unhealthy my “goal” was I started thinking about what really makes me happy, and it sure wasn’t a thigh gap. 

This time I’m not obsessing about numbers, foods or how long it will take. I don’t really care anymore if I end up at 72kg or 59 kg when I feel finished, as long as I feel satisfied. I’m more focused on changing the way I’m living and how I see everything and everyone around me. Thanks for advocating vegetables and fruits. Most people think diet foods are chicken and fish. I've been vegetarian for 4 years and vegan for 2 and I've never been thinner and healthier. I really hope people read more and educate themselves on the dangers of meat (growth hormones, preservatives, chemicals to clean or bleach dark meat). It&amp;#8217;s also so much easier to sit on your ass and say that you will go up extra early every day next week to workout when the reality is that nothing in the world can motivate my fat ass to get out of my extremely warm, cozy and giant bed. But I&amp;#8217;ll do my best and SOMEONE PLEASE SEND ME MOTIVATING MESSAGES EVERYDAY NEXT WEEK OKAY?!&lt;br/&gt;Anyway, will put the schedule up here once I&amp;#8217;m done! &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I also promised to post the results of the fitness-test me and my personal trainer did this friday and man, I&amp;#8217;ve really let myself go hah! From weighing 62&amp;#160;kg, being able to run 1,5 mil everyday and fit into a pair of size 36 (Europe) in pants to this.&lt;strong&gt;Look at the results of having an eating disorder.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Length: 170&amp;#160;cm&lt;br/&gt;Weight: 82,4&amp;#160;kg&lt;br/&gt;Fitness: 29%&lt;/p&gt;
