I’m sure you can find A LOT of things just by googling healthy food, but to keep it simple think like this. The biggest field of the plate should be covered by veggies and then share the rest (about a half together) equally with carbs and protein. If you work out hard or often try to eat a lot of protein so you muscles can build themselves up again and burn fat ;)
best way to get toned is by doing strength training! If you don’t want to bulk up use your own bodyweight (planks, dips on a chair, push ups and so on) or light weight and do MANY of them.
